Whatever Elon musk does, it is a sensation in the industry. Recently Tesla launched “Tesla Insurance” and is currently available only in California. Insurance industry is one of the very profitable industries in the market now-a-days.
So, Elon Musk wanted to grab that market as well for Tesla users. Till now all the Tesla users approached other insurance companies, but going on they can directly purchase the Tesla insurance with affordable prices.
In near future obviously all the Tesla users will be looking forward to purchase the Tesla insurance while purchasing the car. We can say that this is one of the big steps that Tesla took in the recent days.
We have to wait and see what kind of impact this will create in the Insurance industry. Whether Tesla insurance will be confined to Tesla customers only or they will extend to other customers as well.
